I am a technical writer and editor with extensive experience in computer software and systems administration since 1997. I’ve documented a wide variety of software and procedures, from GUI to API, and I’m able to read code and write basic samples.

I specialize in improving and revitalizing neglected docs, and particularly in converting them to DITA XML format, but I am also happy to provide clear and concise documentation for new features or products. I can work entirely on my own, or I can collaborate with an existing team.
